“Art is used more and more as a form of therapy by many organizations, it is often a way for people to communicate when words fail, it awakens the imagination, it brings a sense of mental calm, and most importantly, it engenders a sense of accomplishment in the individual. There are many artists around the world who suffer from mental health, and in many cases, the pandemic has been especially challenging. This is why this exhibition is so important, it enables these artists to communicate on a world stage by showing off their wonderful creations, which in most cases tell incredible stories of human courage and perseverance”
