Delicious Doncaster Food and Drink Festival is back from 31 May-2 June!

Join us for this year’s Delicious Doncaster Food and Drink Festival from 31 May – 2 June for culinary delights galore, plenty of foodie fun and activities plus celebrity hosts.

The three day extravaganza will include street food stalls, professional demonstrations and talks, tasting sessions and opportunities to take part in this year’s bake-off competitions.

Doncaster’s Foodie Fortnight will run from 24 May - 7 June and is a celebration of the gastronomic delights available from the restaurants and cafés in the city centre and the wealth of produce from our fabulous fresh food and beverage retailers.

Celebrities lined up include Levi Roots on Saturday 1 June. Best-known for pitching his Reggae Reggae Sauce on Dragon’s Den in 2007, Levi saw unprecedented success almost overnight, and has gone from strength to strength since. Most recently, Levi took part in Celebrity Big Brother.

There will be two sessions with Levi which will include him talking about his life and development of his brand and transition into becoming a household name as he continues to be a champion of Caribbean cuisine. This will include a question and answer session, and meet and greet.

Wine expert and TV presenter Tom Surgey will be joining the event on Sunday 2 June. Tom has become regarded as one of the country’s most engaging live drinks performers, thanks to his bright, playful charisma and warm sense of humour.

Although Tom is a wine specialist, he has a wealth of experience and also has a deep understanding of the food and the hospitality trade. Tom will sample and review some of Doncaster's locally produced beers, wines and spirits again in two sessions including question and answer session and meet and greet.
