Yorkshire's Strongest Man and Woman

The incredible event will be free to attend and spectators and shoppers will have the opportunity to meet and greet the athletes and pose for strongman selfies.

There will be 5 events throughout the day and will feature 3 categories for competitors with up to 10 strongmen and women in each.

• Event 1 – Arm dumbbell lift for reps (from floor), Open 90kg, and Women 50kg
• Event 2 – Dead lift for reps (NO SUITS, STRAPS PERMITTED), Open 300kg, and Women 160kg
• Event 3 – Conans wheel, Open 300kg, and Women 200kg
• Event 4 – Yoke 40 metres drop and return, Open 300kg, and Women 200kg
• Event 5 – Stone over yoke for reps, Open 180kg, and Women 120kg
