Love Summer At Lakeside Village

Young visitors to Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping will be able to enjoy free family fun as the centre invites customers to Love Summer throughout August.

From August 2 to 31 there will be a special Love Summer area that is open daily, here customers can enjoy a sandpit, a craft area to decorate a summer themed pebble, take snaps at the seaside photo board, find Nemo, Dory and their friends and enter our competition to guess the number of seashells.

“Each weekend in August will be themed family fun and on the 14 and 15 we’ll be celebrating the centre’s 25th birthday, so we want all of our lovely customers to join us then for some back to the 90s fun!

August 7 and 8 will be bringing a touch of holidays abroad to the town with a mariachi band and salsa dancing. There will also be mask making workshops and free mocktails.

The following weekend is Back to the 90s for Lakeside Village’s 25th birthday celebration with a roller disco and a Spice Girls Tribute act.

August 21 and 22 will be a return of the popular Victoria Cross charity with their 1940s military memorabilia with uniformed re-enactors, music and displays.

The Love Summer celebration will end on August 28, 29 and 30 with a helter skelter, surf simulator and fairground rides as Lakeside Village takes customers for a weekend By The Sea.
