Be inspired at Potteric Carr Nature Reserve and learn how to needle felt your very own little bit of nature.
Join professional wool worker Wild Little Felts for an evening of needle felting your very own wildlife inspired creation.
Every third Thursday of the month throughout autumn and winter Potteric Carr will be hosting needle felting workshops, with a different nature theme each time.
You'll be taken through step-by-step instructions on creating an individual felted creation, help will be on hand for any guidance and questions you have, so everyone will be able to produce an adorable felted creation, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned needle felter wanting to hone your skills.
All materials are provided, we use high quality, sustainably sourced local wool. Tea, coffee and biscuits are also provided - just bring your creativity!

This event will be hosted in our warm and friendly visitor centre.

Accessibility and terrain:
Much of Potteric Carr is accessible for standard wheelchairs and pushchairs. There are other paths that are more rugged that go round the Discovery Zone and Beeston Plantation.
Toilets and catering:
Facilities on site include toilets (including accessible toilet and baby changing facilities) and café in the visitor centre.
Joining us on the day:
Meet at the entrance to the nature reserve. In the Nature Discovery Centre.
Parking:
Car park off Mallard Way, open 9.30am to 5pm. For this out of hours event the car park will be open and avalible to use.
