Bonfire Night in Doncaster is set to return with a bang this November, with an exciting line-up of firework displays and events taking place across the city. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly evening or something a little more spectacular, we've got the details for all the best events.
Fireworks, fairground, free climbing wall and lots of food on Tuesday 4th November!
Gates open at 5pm with the Main Display at 7pm. It's a great evening for families, friends, and anyone looking to enjoy delicious street food, sweets, and of course, fantastic fireworks. Best this is it's free entrance to site.
Doncaster’s largest fireworks event is back. The Festival of Fireworks, formerly known as The Big Bang, will take place at Eco-Power Stadium on Wednesday 5th November.
It's a great evening for families, friends, and anyone looking to enjoy delicious street food, sweets, and of course, fantastic fireworks.

Looking for a thrilling combination of Halloween fun and a fireworks extravaganza? Head to Doncaster Racecourse on Sunday 2nd November for a spine-tingling night of entertainment.
Whether you're with family or friends, this is one event you won't want to miss!
This will be on Miners Welfare Field on Wednesday 5th November and include fairground rides from around 4pm, fireworks start around 7:30pm. Come and join in on the fun for all the family.

The fireworks at Askern Lake return on Wednesday 5th November, with free entry from 6pm and the main display at 7pm.
On Sunday 2nd November, Bentley Park will host a fireworks display and funfair. This is 5pm – 7pm and entry is £2

Fishlake Cricket & Bowls Club is hosting a bonfire night celebration on Saturday 1st November. Gates will open at 5:30pm, with the bonfire lighting at 6:30pm and a fireworks display at 7pm. Entry is £4 for adults, £2 for children, and free for under 5s.
The King William Inn in Scaftworth is hosting a fireworks night on Wednesday 5th November 2025. Gates will open from 5pm, with the fireworks display starting at 8pm. Tickets include entry, food, and drink, with prices as follows: Adults (18+) £20 for a hot pork sandwich and drink, Youth (12–17) £10 for a hot pork sandwich and soft drink, Children (5–11) £5 for a rocket hot dog sausage and soft drink, and Infants (under 5) can attend for free (entry only). A vegetarian option is available for every ticket type.
Sprotbrough Cricket Club will be hosting an event on Saturday, 8th November 2025, with gates opening at 4:30pm. Entry is priced at £5 per person for early bird online bookings, and £6 per person on the gate.
Join the 58th Doncaster Scout Group for a spectacular Fireworks Extravaganza on Saturday 8th November 2025 at the Phoenix Centre, DN4 6JG. Gates open at 5:30pm, with the bonfire lighting at 6:30pm and fireworks kicking off at 7pm. This family-friendly event promises an evening of dazzling displays, delicious food including burgers, hot dogs, sweets and drinks, and a warm community atmosphere. Tickets are just £6 for adults and £3 for under 14s, but must be booked online in advance—no tickets will be sold on the door.
The 9th Doncaster Scout Group is hosting a Bonfire Night celebration on Saturday, 1st November 2025. Gates will open at 5pm, with the bonfire lit at 6pm, followed by a fireworks display from 6.30pm to 7pm. Entry is £5 for adults and £3 for children. The event will take place at the 9th Doncaster Scout Group site, located behind the Sun Inn, off Barnsley Road, Scawsby, Doncaster, DN5 8RN.
Join us for the 12th Annual Community Bonfire & Fireworks Extravaganza, hosted by Barnby Dun & Kirk Sandall Sports Association, on Saturday 1st November 2025 at Barnby Dun & Kirk Sandall Recreation Ground, Doncaster Road, DN3 1HQ. Gates open at 5 PM, with the bonfire lighting at 6 PM and a spectacular 20-minute fireworks display at 7:30 PM. Entry is just £2 for adults and £1 for children under 12. Enjoy a fun-filled evening with funfair rides, street food, refreshments, face painting, tombola, raffle, and more. Limited car parking is available for £2 per car, but walking is encouraged. Please note: sparklers and personal fireworks are not permitted for safety reasons.
Join us at Doncaster Lawn Tennis Club on Saturday, 1st November for a spectacular Fireworks Display and Bonfire Night. Gates open at 6:00 PM, the bonfire will be lit at 6:30 PM, and the fireworks begin at 7:30 PM. Tickets cost £8 for adults and £6 for children under 12, with under 3s free. The event takes place at Saxton Avenue, Bessacarr, Doncaster DN4 7AY. For safety, please do not bring personal fireworks or sparklers.
