Head Chef Rin has spent more than ten years cooking Thai food across South Yorkshire and works with authentic pastes and ingredients sourced directly from Thailand - the same ones used in Bangkok kitchens. Sauces are prepped daily and finished in the wok per order, and spring rolls, dumplings and fish cakes are handmade in-house.
