Charm Thai Cafe is an independent Thai restaurant in Doncaster town centre, led by Head Chef Rin, who has more than ten years of kitchen experience across South Yorkshire. Rin and her team use authentic Thai pastes and carefully selected ingredients sourced from Thailand. Sauces are prepared for service and balanced during cooking for each order, while selected starters, including spring rolls, dumplings and Thai fishcakes, are handmade in-house.
The menu includes Thai favourites such as Pad Thai, Green Curry and Tom Yum, alongside Rin’s signature Dark Noodle Soup. Vegan and vegetarian choices are available, together with gluten-free options and halal chicken and beef. Pork is also served, so the restaurant is not wholly halal.
