Additional booking information
• Social Distancing: Our events have been fully risk assessed and we have processes in place to reduce the spread of covid-19
• This is a completely outdoor event, with an attendance cap so we can manage social distancing.
• Social contact limits: Groups will only allowed to book in groups of 6
• Hygiene & PPE: There are handwashing stations in the woods as well as hand sanitiser. Toilets can be found in the visitor centre. A face mask is required to enter the visitor center where you will sign in for the event.
• Test and Trace: Every event participant over the age of 16 is required to give thier details for test and trace purposes. No bodys details will be kept longer than 21 days and are used for T&T purposes only.
• Displaying Symptoms: Do not to attend if you are displaying symptoms (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/) or have been exposed to Covid-19. Please let us know in advance if possible. Anyone cancelling as a result of Covid-19 will be entitled to reschedule or receive a full refund.
