Looking for something fun, free and fabulously festive to do this Easter weekend? Say hello to the Doncaster Easter Trail - a one-day-only city centre adventure happening this Saturday 19th April, and it’s going to be egg-stra special.
Here’s how it works: Hidden in businesses across Doncaster city centre are 10 colourful posters, each with a QR code that reveals a secret letter. Your mission? Find all 10 letters, crack the mystery word, and head to the Wool Market (after 11am) to claim your Easter prize!
It’s like a city-wide treasure hunt with a chocolatey twist - perfect for families, friends, and anyone who loves a good challenge.
How to take part:
Keep your eyes peeled for Easter Trail posters in shop windows and local businesses across the city centre.
Scan each QR code to reveal a letter.
Collect all 10 letters and unscramble the secret word.
Once you’ve cracked it, hop over to the Wool Market after 11am and give the word to a member of the team to claim your free prize!
It’s the perfect way to explore Doncaster, support local businesses, and enjoy some springtime fun.
