Our Nervous System Regulation Workshop offers a calm, supportive space to explore gentle, guided practices that support comfort, rest and regulation, at your own pace. While designed with people living with chronic illness and FND in mind, the practices shared can be beneficial for anyone, and everyone is welcome.
The session includes breathwork to support regulation, mindfulness practices you can take home, gentle guidance on understanding and caring for your nervous system, and a deeply relaxing sound bath. This is a non-clinical, wellbeing-focused workshop centred on rest, connection and support.
All profits from this event will support the FND community through FND Together We Rise CIC.
