Upcoming eventsFree, family-friendly sand art sessions, using specially designed sand tables.
Parents and children are invited to drop in on Mon 27th October (between 12pm & 4pm; Tue 28th (10am to 4pm); and Wed 29th (10am to 4pm), to try their hand at making their own sand sculptures... or just having a play! We'll be in the Paddington Room at Danum Gallery, Library & Museum and we'd love it if you drop by.
Whether it's a simple sand castle made using a bucket and spade or an elaborate, mythical beast from your own imagination, there's lots of fun to be had.
PLEASE NOTE that a parent or guardian must remain with their child(ren) while they take part.
These sessions are provided by volunteers from The Sand House Charity (Reg. No. 1171875). The facilities are provided by those lovely people from Danum Gallery, Library & Museum.
