Countdown to Christmas and DN Festival of Light Collaboration

In addition to the Right Up Our Street DN Festival of Light installation inside the Minster, there will also be two tipis in the Minster grounds which brings some of the excitement outdoors too. You'll be able to see a number of beautiful installations in one of the tips and in the other, there will be the fantastic Black Cat Theatre, who are coming along with ‘The Ramayana Shadow Show’ and shadow puppet workshop.

“All participants are provided with a template and assisted in making their own shadow puppet. They are encouraged to explore the puppet’s movement on a shadow screen, to learn how to manipulate and find character in shared shadow play.”
