Looking ahead to 2026, Lake-Y will expand its offerings with the addition of a lakeside café, fully serviced touring and camping pitches, and subsequent luxury lodges and state-of-the-art health and wellbeing suites—enhancing our commitment to relaxation, recreation, and rejuvenation in a natural setting.​ ​

Situated in a tranquil rural setting just south of Doncaster and a mere five-minute drive from Junction 3 of the M18, Lake-Y provides a serene retreat with premium fitness facilities.​​

Immersed in a scenic outdoor environment, Lake-Y is your future go-to destination for triathlon training and active family escapes.

Our stunning lake is already open for open water swimming, with paddleboard hire available directly through us. You can also explore canoeing & kayaking through our trusted paddlesports partner.

While the lake is the centrepiece of our 17-acre site, exciting developments are underway. A 1-kilometre circular running track, outdoor trim trail stations, and a lakeside café are currently in progress and set to be completed as part of our phased expansion, finishing in late 2026.
