Doncaster's best entertainment venue, managed by Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust (DCLT), has a packed programme of musical performances and events in November and December.
The Drifters, the American doo-wop and R&B/soul vocal group in the Rock 'N' Roll Hall of Fame, will be at The Dome on Friday, December 2.
You can expect to hear all their classic hits, including Saturday Night at the Movies, You’re More Than A Number, Come on Over to My Place, Under the Boardwalk and Kissin' in the Back Row of the Movies.
On Thursday, December 1, the famed Rainbow Connection Singers will take The Dome stage for A Choral Christmas. They will be joined by local choirs from Rainbow Connection Juniors, Rainbow Connection Friends, Balby Central, Breathing Space, Crookesbroom Primary Academy, Hatchell Wood Primary Academy, Hesley Group, Lakeside Primary Academy, Pheasant Bank Primary Academy, Richmond Hill Primary Academy, Rose Learning Trust and Woodfield Primary School.
A thrilling night of combat action will come to The Dome on Saturday, December 3, for the MMA extravaganza Caged Steel 30.
Christmas comes to the Dome on Friday, December 16, with a chance to dance the night away with a live band performing disco tunes from the 70s, 80s and 90s for the Back to the Disco Christmas Party.
If pop is more your thing, Saturday, December 17, is the ABBA Fever Party – an evening themed around the Swedish supergroup with a DJ and ABBA tribute band.
The Dome isn't the only DCLT venue with an exciting schedule in November and December. Live music venue The Leopard will host acts including Felix Rabin, Sunbirds, Bad Manners, The Jack Fletcher Band and Duncan Reid & the Big Heads.
