Doncaster features in the top ten list of Brits’ holiday locations according to new research by TransPennine Express.
It doesn't surprise us that Doncaster has featured in the top ten list of Brits’ holiday locations as found by new research carried out by TransPennine Express.
Joining Doncaster in the top 10 list are Scarborough, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, Durham, Hull and Sheffield.
Surprisingly, the study also revealed that six in ten 18–34-year-olds are opting to holiday in the UK over the next few months compared to only 35 per cent of Brits aged 55 and over.
Two thirds stated that they’re reason for holidaying in the UK was due to overseas restrictions and one in five said it was to help save money.
