Bawtry Arts Festival

The Bawtry Festival has now become established as an annual event for the town with a week of activities incorporating all things related to “the arts” from music, dance, drama, painting, photography, crafts, film, poetry, fashion, quizzes, talks & heritage trail walks, and lots more for all age groups throughout the week.

On the closing Sunday (23rd) there will be a craft fair in the town centre (incorporating Dower House Square & The Courtyard) as well as street entertainers, magician and music both in the Market Hill area and The White Hart garden area where it will continue into the evening. Full details will be available on the Website, Facebook page and distributed programme brochures inserted in local May editions of Today magazines. Brochures will also be available from some town retail outlets, and the Community Library, from the end of April.

Many events will remain free to attend but most will require advance booking. Booking details will be in the programme brochure and also advertised through the methods indicated above.

It promises to be another great week and we look forward to everyone enjoying as many events as they can.
