The fourth weekend of the Summer Holidays already!? The weather forecast is offering us quite a mixed bag for Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th August, but come rain or shine, hopefully our suggestions this week can help you make the most of your weekend in Doncaster.
Doncaster Town Centre DN1 - Saturday 11th August
Stick your blue lights on and head over to Doncaster Market on Saturday 11th August from 9am for a family fun day throughout the town centre and the market area
Displays, demonstrations, vehicle shows, fun and games and much more for all the family, for FREE! Just head into town and look follow the sound of blues and twos.
South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum, Dakota Way, Doncaster DN4 7NW - Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th August
The team at South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum will be hosting a special weekend all themed around Vulcan XL388.
Cockpit tours will be available to the public throughout the weekend, and a number of talks will be hosted by the team behind XL388’s restoration allowing you to find out what is involved with restoring the cockpit of a Cold War bomber.
Open 10:00-17:00 - both days.

A fun-filled day with all activities free, including tag rugby, Zorbing, miniature golf, bouncy castles, Kangaroo boxing, archery, laser quest, a BBQ. Also the official opening of the new play area costing £165k on the Moorends Recreation Ground (entrance off Grange road)
The gala is on Saturday 11th August 2018 from 10am-3pm
Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Brockholes Lane, Branton, Doncaster, DN3 3NH - Saturday 11th August
The second Safari Nights events of the summer and the excitement doesn’t stop there, as global superstar Shane Filan of Westlife, headlines on the 11th August. No stranger to selling out arenas all over the world both as a solo performer and as lead-singer of Westlife, Shane promises to bring an incredible live performance to fans at the park.

It's the Dons in 5th taking on Skolars in 12th this Sunday at the Keepmoat, facing off in this 21st round of the season.
Head over for kick off at 3pm to lend your support to the Dons and help make it seven wins from the nine clashes against the London squad.
Tickets start from £1.00, so whether you're new to Rugby League or a die-hard fan, you've no excuse to go and watch some thrilling sport this Sunday afternoon.
